Wake up to mountain air. Lemon water. 15 minutes of guided stillness.

Yoga Flow

60 minutes led by Crystal. All levels welcome. Modifications always available.

Chef-prepared whole-food breakfast. Think scrambled eggs with roasted vegetables, sourdough, fresh fruit.

Guided Mountain Hike

3-4 hours through Kananaskis and the Canmore corridor. Small groups matched to your fitness level.

Trail Lunch

We stop at a scenic point — a waterfall, a meadow, an alpine lake — and eat together.

Free Time

Rest. Journal. Book a massage. Sit by the fire. This time is yours.

Guided cold exposure at Quarry Lake. Structured breathwork before entry, coached immersion, warm-up protocol. People pay $50-100 per session for ice baths in Calgary studios. Here, your classroom is a glacial lake surrounded by mountains.

Sunrise Meditation at Grassi Lakes

A pre-dawn hike to one of Canmore's most iconic spots. As the sun crests the peaks and hits the turquoise water, you'll sit in guided meditation. It's the kind of moment that stays with you.

Forest Bathing

Based on the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku. A slow, guided sensory immersion through Canmore's Nordic trails. No destination. No pace. Just presence.

Altitude Breathwork

Structured breathwork at 1,300+ metres. The altitude naturally intensifies the practice. Expect clarity, calm, and a sense of space you don't get at sea level.

Fire Circle

After dinner, the group gathers around an outdoor fire. Guided reflection, gratitude practice, or just quiet conversation. No phones. No agenda. Connection.
